Beth Brezenoff is the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Content at Capstone. Beth began her career in children’s publishing at Simon & Schuster before joining Capstone as an editor in 2006. At Capstone, she held roles of Editorial Director, Global Trade and Consumer and Product Planning Director and became Publisher in 2021. Beth leads the Capstone Content Team and is responsible for the content development, strategy, execution, and go-to-market for Capstone’s 500-title annual publishing list. She lives in Minneapolis with her family.

Ceece Kelley is the founder of Soaring Kite Books. She has a background in brand marketing and creative services and a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard University. She enjoys working with illustrators, graphic designers, and editors to bring her visions to life and into the hands of readers. After welcoming her first child, Ceece felt compelled to introduce him to a variety of children’s books including timeless classics, empowering current releases, and books with characters that look just like him.

Ülrika Moats grew up in Treasure Island, Florida. She attended the Savannah College of Art & Design where she earned her BFA in Metals and Jewelry with a minor in Art History, as well as her MFA in Graphic Design. Always passionate about art and fashion, Ülrika began her career in corporate fashion merchandising and operations. In 2014 she joined Brazos Bookstore as the gift buyer and soon became the General Manager. She joined Coffee House Press as the Director of Operations in the summer of 2023.
