Bruce Krause, metadata manager with the Quarto Group, got into the nitty-gritty of taking control of your book’s metadata on Amazon. Jamie Starling, the Amazon representative at Consortium, gave us an insider’s look at working directly with folks at Amazon. And, finally, author Liz Heinecke discussed how she has been proactive in using the tools Amazon has for generating sales.
